We are looking for a talented Aerosol Research Technician to join our team for our location in Stoughton, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Builds, repairs and prepares articles for testing and associated auxiliary equipment. Installs test article into test structure (test cell, table, rig, etc.). Performs tests in accordance with set test methods.

  • Complete testing in support for Stoughton R&T team.

  • This includes industry standardized testing and non-standard testing for filtration products.

  • Developing test reports and testing presentations with data generated.

  • Complete data quality reviews and work alongside the engineering teams to troubleshoot issues observed.

  • Documenting and tracking of test articles throughout the test plan.

  • Test equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.

  • Support Non-standard test method development.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • A regionally applicable Certification (e.g. US Department of Labor) or two year Associates Degree from an accredited college program in a relevant field of study.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Must be hands on with a mechanical aptitude

  • Previous experience with electronics is a plus

  • Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Data Reporting - Prepares documentation in a manner which clearly organizes and presents testing methods, instrument settings, the data and analysis to allow the engineer and customer to understand the results and form accurate conclusions and recommendations.

  • Ability to work 1st Shift: M - F, 8 AM - 4 PM (Flexible)

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
