Technical Specialist - Base Software
Description
We are looking for a talented Technical Specialist - Base Software to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Components Business Segment in Columbus, IN/ Hybrid to your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Will worked on Microcontroller (NXP/Infineon) module/register (ADC, GPIO, CLOCK, Timer modules such as GTM, eMIOS, ETPU) configuration
The person in this position will work on device driver or Autosar complex device driver [CDD] implementation (interfacing ASICs to microcontroller using SPI/I2C, etc. preferably BLDC driver, Hbridge driver, High-Low side driver)
Use simulator/emulator/debugger (Lauterbach, Trace32), DSO, DMM etc. for issue analysis & debugging purpose
Aide in developing test code & test cases as per requirement & able to execute pre-defined test cases
Interface with different cross functional teams & stakeholders for gathering technical requirements, release process, etc
Guide & lead the team for specific project
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Must have a College or University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study
Must have at least 5 years working experience in a similar or related role
Clear understanding of Embedded Software Development Fundamentals & SDLC management is highly preferred
Working knowledge of Assembly & Embedded C programming is a must have

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
