Description

We are looking for a talented Technical Documentation Associate-Specialist to join our team in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $26.00 -$30.00/hour.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Be flexible to pick up different assignments inside Cummins Electronics according to their priority levels, such as:

  • Review the completeness and correct format of documents, such as Engineering Standards.

  • Analyze data through PowerBI and/or Excel and generate reports and presentations.

  • Coach team members to navigate through different databases and use necessary tools.

  • Record contents into proper databases or shared locations, such as Integrity, Windchill, and Design Review database.

  • Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and track actions for closure.

  • Maintain and update SharePoint or other shared drives.

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, etc.

  • Be ready to learn and pick up new tools: PowerBI, Integrity, Windchill, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more.

Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
