1) F Platform Change Management

  • Change Manager for the F platform, and lead Clarity CAPPM user for the team

  • Reviewing incoming F VPCRs and designating assignments to regional change managers (China JV, CBL, F-platform)

  • Monitoring progress of pre-screening activities and reaching out to screeners for action

  • Coordinating the VPCR prioritization process

  • Monitoring progress of active VPCRs and reaching out to local project managers and/or project leaders for action

  • Reporting VPCR measures and identifying gaps in delivery

  • Identifying gaps in the existing VPCR processes and finding solutions address these issues to improve the platform VPCR metrics

  • Creating F-platform-owned VCPRs on an as-needed basis

2) F Platform PPS Review Coordination

  • Facilitating weekly global F Platform PPS review

  • Working with PPS project leaders to set the agenda for weekly reviews and gather review material

  • Identifying gaps in delivery and reaching out to project leaders to understand roadblocks

  • Working with project leaders to update PPS database progress

3) F Platform Finance and Forecast Coordination

  • Scheduling finance/forecasting reviews for the F platform as directed

  • Gathering and collating input from platform leaders to update monthly forecasts

  • Assisting with ETT uploads

Documents engine and component products, including applications, and engineering and manufacturing processes.

Applies and provides input into the development of product definition and other relevant standards and rules for documenting engine and component products, including applications, and engineering and manufacturing processes.Supports work in workflow area, and interfaces with other areas such as engineering and drafting to ensure that requirements are aligned.Acquires, reviews, analyzes, and interprets engineering item relationships, compatibilities, and dependencies; documents relationship, compatibility, and dependency information in database using current and developing technology.Develops, compiles, publishes, and maintains engineering and/or manufacturing documentation, such as product specifications and other technical documentation; develops, maintains, and corrects the structure for engine and component product using appropriate configuration management rules and guidelines; develops, evaluates, tracks, and maintains evolving data for new product introduction.Enforces product and process structure and procedure.Interfaces and communicates with internal customers; directs people to the appropriate resource; researches solutions and responds to email and phone inquiries.Participates in the development and maintenance of improvement processes; actively participates in self- and team audits and resulting process improvements.Participates productively as a team member.Understands the structure of the organization and develops a strong network across departments; draws on network to answer questions, solve problems, and successfully execute responsibilities.Demonstrates confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities.Performs other duties as required, to get the job done.Travel as required by work.
