We are looking for a talented System Performance Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business based in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead current product improvement investigations and projects that involve engine performance, aftertreatment performance, emissions, on-board diagnostics (OBD), calibration, and/or control system software changes along with hardware interaction
Conduct test cell or vehicle testing, system simulations, engine performance and field data analysis.
Understanding the service practices and failure modes for that component and modifying/creating new service documents to support field needs
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College/University degree required
2 years relevant work history
Strong technical, analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills, and will thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team-based work environment

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
