Product Validation Leader


We are looking for a talented Product Validation Leader to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Emission Solutions Business Unit in Columbus, IN or Stoughton, WI. This is a hybrid role that has the capability to be based out of Columbus or Stoughton.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide testing and data analysis for dyno, rig and vehicle level testing.

  • Coach and develop a team of engineers through exemplary leadership skills.

  • Develop and release emission products from concept to production.

  • Obtain direct experience with a wide range of products and applications.

  • Work on multinational products and collaborate with global resources and customers.

  • Develop the emission products of the future with tremendous business impact and enable Cummins to extend its product portfolio.


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required. Mechanical, Automotive or Mechanical/Engineering Technology preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in any Engineering discipline.

  • Experience analyzing large data sets through Matlab, Diadem or similar software tools.

  • Hands on testing experience in either a lab or product environment setting.

  • User-level 3D CAD skills.

  • Capable of working in a high pace, dynamic setting with a global organization.

  • Ability to interpret single or two phase flow CFD analyses or use of CFD software preferred.

  • Team leader experience of others, direct or indirect employees preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
