Integrated Process Management Business Analyst
We are looking for a talented Integrated Process Management Business Analyst to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Corporate Office in Columbus, IN / home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Capture and translate business needs into business requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements.
Discovers and documents functional and non-functional requirements using the Business Analysis Toolkit (modeling the five aspects and creating use cases) to effectively communicate the business needs and solution characteristics for solution design.
Investigates technical information and knowledge-based infrastructure opportunities and challenges; understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution, and documents results.
Designs and/or provides support of information processes such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Value Package Introduction (VPI), change management and data repositories such as technical information libraries
Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Optimizes work processes and makes good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience with Engineering Change Management, CAD, data security, configuration management or document management a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
