Senior Service Engineer-高级服务工程师
Ensures that service parts are available and able to support for customers, OEM, Joint Ventures and the Distribution channel before new product launches.
Develop new product support information from design documentation and information provided by subject matter experts in the engineering and service functions.
Creates with support initial publication and subsequent revision of service literature.
Participates during reviews to ensure the serviceability of new components and products including the monitoring of new product performance.
Supports product development teams and problem-solving teams via the installation of field test engines or components and the monitoring and reporting of reliability data.
Partners with distributors, dealers and customers to support the investigation of less complex escalated product issues, discuss solutions, and conduct training because of complexity, longevity and criticality.
Maintain knowledge and technical understanding of current products and new products.
Promote Cummins Service capability and service programs to increase sales.
Mentors and coaches technicians in the region to improve capability.
Deliver, maintain and communicate parts, information, tools, and training requirements for all new product launches.
College, university or equivalent degree
Major in mechanical engineering/ Automotive engineering/ Marine Engineering or related subject Working experience
At least 5 years work experience
Reciprocating with aftertreatment system engine technical support experience is preferred
- Skilled English in technical writing and speaking
Communication & coordination skill
Frequent business travel (up to 40%) is required
